Chloe Vespa Concept

This is another partially inked concept of an OC in my story Little Dog Jack. She's a virtuoso hair stylist with a southern belle accent. A compassionate woman who enjoys her own good looks, yet doesn't brag about them. The people who know her best say she has a sort of soothing and motherly way about her mannerisms and sensibilities.
